How does the infrared proximity detector board operate?

This infrared proximity detector uses infrared detectors. It can be used for various devices such as automatic door openers and burglar alarms. The circuit mainly consists of an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver. When When the COVID-19 pandemic began, I created this project for a hand sanitizer device. Before I built this project, I tried many other projects without success. For example, some of them were self-taught and influenced by the sun. The emitter section consists of a 555 timer IC operating in non-stationary mode. astable output is fed to the IR LED through resistor R5, which limits its operating current. The circuit provides a frequency output of 38 kHz at a duty cycle of 50%, which is necessary for the IR detector/receiver module. the TL1838 IR receiver turns on at a continuous frequency of 38 kHz with a duty cycle of 50% and requires a burst frequency of 38k to sense. Therefore, the TL1838 IR receiver is used. The receiver section includes an IR receiver module, a 555 monostable multi-harmonic oscillator, and an LED indicator. When an IR signal is received, the 555 timer (mono) turns on and stays on when an IR signal is received. When the signal is interrupted, the mono channel turns off after a few seconds (period = 1.1 R4xC6), depending on the value of the R4-C6 combination. Thus, the mono period is approximately 1 second. Both transmitter and receiver components can be mounted on a single breadboard or PCB. The IR receiver must be placed behind the IR LED to avoid false indications due to IR leakage, or should be limited to heat pipe macros. Moving objects nearby will actually reflect the infrared light emitted by the IR LED. The sensitivity angle (wave flap) of the IR receiver is 0-60 degrees, so the mono channel of the receiver section is triggered when reflected infrared light is sensed. The mono output can be used in any desired way. For example, it can be used to turn on a light by energizing a relay when someone approaches. As the person leaves and the mono-pulse cycle ends, the light will automatically turn off after a period of time.

The sensitivity angle (wave flap) of the IR receiver is0-60 degrees, so when reflected infrared light is sensed, the mono channel of the receiver section is triggered. The mono output can be used in any desired way. For example, it can be used to turn on a light by energizing a relay when someone approaches. As the person leaves and the mono-pulse cycle ends, the light will automatically turn off after a period of time. Thus, when the reflected infrared light is sensed, the mono channel in the receiver section is triggered. The output of the mono channel can be used in any desired way. As a result, the mono channel in the receiver section is triggered when reflected infrared light is sensed. The output of the mono channel can be used in any desired way. For example, it can be used to turn on a light by energizing a relay when someone approaches. As the person leaves and the mono pulse cycle ends, the light will automatically turn off after a period of time. When someone approaches, it can turn on the light by energizing the relay. As the person leaves and the single pulse cycle ends, the light will automatically turn off after a period of time.
